Challenge

Our multi location healthcare client operated 120 clinics with fragmented systems. Marketing could not reliably connect media spend to booked appointments, and regional teams built their own spreadsheets that frequently broke.

Approach

We designed a central warehouse with standardized models for accounts, campaigns, calls, and appointments. We established data contracts with vendors, implemented identity resolution, and built dashboards that regional leaders could trust. We included HIPAA aware processes and access controls.

Build

Deployed ingestion with Fivetran and custom connectors, transformed data with dbt, and modeled attribution that reflects real patient journeys. We trained teams and documented the model with a clear glossary and lineage.

Impact

Weekly reporting time dropped 60 percent and leaders made faster budget decisions. Better routing and measurement improved lead to appointment conversion by 32 percent. Pipelines stabilized at 99.9 percent uptime with alerts and on call rotation.
