Job description

Launchcodex helps ambitious brands grow with smarter systems, scalable marketing, and innovative technology. As an account director, you will lead strategic relationships for enterprise and growth-stage clients. You will set account strategy, align cross-functional delivery, and report business impact tied to pipeline, revenue, CAC, and efficiency. You will coach account managers, improve processes, and partner with sales on expansion and renewals.

Job responsibilites

- Own strategy and outcomes for a portfolio of priority accounts, with retention and expansion targets - Lead quarterly business reviews, success plans, and executive readouts with clear KPIs - Translate goals into roadmaps across SEO, GEO, AI automation, web, and lifecycle marketing - Oversee scopes, budgets, and resourcing. Ensure on-time delivery and quality across teams - Build performance dashboards from GA4, Search Console, CRM, and BI tools, then turn insights into next actions - Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities in partnership with sales - Mentor and develop account managers, establish best practices, and improve playbooks - Escalate risks early, drive issue resolution, and keep stakeholders aligned - Contribute to proposals, case studies, and thought leadership

Job requirements

- 7 to 10 years in account leadership, agency or B2B, including team or portfolio ownership - Track record retaining and expanding multi-workstream retainers with measurable results - Strong command of SEO and generative search programs, analytics, and marketing operations - Comfortable with CRM and project tools, for example HubSpot and ClickUp - Executive-level communication, planning, and stakeholder management - Financial acumen for forecasting, margin, and utilization - Authorized to work in the United States
