Own client relationships and outcomes. As an account manager at Launchcodex, you will drive retention, growth, and delivery across SEO, GEO, AI automation, and web projects.
Launchcodex helps ambitious brands grow with smarter systems, scalable marketing, and innovative technology. As an account manager, you will be the day-to-day owner of a portfolio of clients. You will build trusted relationships, translate goals into clear roadmaps, coordinate delivery with specialists, and report outcomes that tie to revenue and efficiency. You will collaborate with strategy, SEO and GEO, creative, engineering, and data to keep work moving and clients delighted.
Job Responsiblity
- Act as primary point of contact and strategic partner for 6 to 10 accounts
- Lead discovery, quarterly business reviews, and success plans tied to KPIs such as pipeline, revenue, CAC, and efficiency
- Build scopes, timelines, and budgets. Track progress in Asana and keep stakeholders aligned
- Coordinate delivery across SEO and GEO programs, AI workflows, web development, and email
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, prepare proposals, and partner with sales
- Own weekly status calls and proactive communication
- Build dashboards and insights from GA4, Search Console, Looker Studio, and CRM data
- Ensure quality, escalate risks early, and drive on-time delivery
- Document decisions, recap meetings, and maintain account plans
- Contribute to playbooks and process improvements
Job Requirements
- 3 to 5 years in account management or client services at an agency or B2B SaaS
- Proven record managing multi-project retainers with measurable outcomes
- Working knowledge of SEO and GEO, analytics, and marketing ops
- Familiar with CRMs and project tools, for example HubSpot and Asana
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Comfortable with light scoping and basic budgets
