Own day to day SEO programs with an eye on GEO. You will run audits, build prioritized roadmaps, and ship technical and content improvements that move pipeline, not vanity metrics.
Launchcodex helps ambitious brands grow with smarter systems, scalable marketing, and innovative technology. As an SEO manager, you will lead a set of client programs across technical SEO, content, and GEO aware initiatives. You will translate business goals into quarterly roadmaps, partner with engineering and content to deliver fixes and pages, and report outcomes tied to SQLs and revenue. You will collaborate with analytics, automation, and web to keep improvements shipping every sprint.
Job Responsiblity
- Run technical and content audits with clear priorities and owners
- Build quarterly SEO roadmaps aligned to pipeline and SQL goals
- Manage implementation of fixes with engineering, track tickets and acceptance criteria
- Create content briefs that target entities and intents across the funnel
- Plan internal linking, IA improvements, and crawl budget optimizations
- Define schema strategy and validate structured data
- Monitor performance in GA4 and Search Console, and build Looker Studio dashboards
- Lead experiments, for example title testing and module variations, and report lift
- Coordinate with paid media on keyword and landing page alignment
- Maintain playbooks, status docs, and executive updates
Job Requirements
- 4 to 6 years hands on SEO experience, agency or in house
- Strong technical fundamentals, including IA, indexing, Core Web Vitals, and structured data
- Comfortable writing briefs and reviewing content for search quality
- Working knowledge of GEO concepts, for example entity optimization and answer surfaces
- Proficient with GA4, Search Console, and Looker Studio
- Able to scope work, estimate impact, and communicate tradeoffs
- Organized, proactive, and collaborative with cross functional teams
