Job description

Launchcodex helps ambitious brands grow with smarter systems, scalable marketing, and innovative technology. As a senior SEO and GEO strategist, you will set the search strategy for enterprise and growth stage clients. You will run deep audits, design roadmaps that prioritize business impact, and lead experiments across classic SEO and AI era GEO, for example entity optimization, structured data, LLM answer surfaces, and programmatic content with safeguards. You will partner with analytics, content, web, and automation to turn insights into outcomes. Success means durable organic growth, stronger presence in generative results, and clear attribution to pipeline and SQLs.

Job responsibilites

- Own technical and content audits with clear prioritization, impact, effort, and owners - Build quarterly roadmaps and test plans tied to pipeline, SQLs, and revenue - Lead GEO initiatives, for example entity mapping, schema strategy, and content designed for LLM answers and overviews - Design programmatic SEO safely, define templates, data sources, and review gates - Guide information architecture, internal linking, crawl budget, and site performance - Partner with engineering on fixes, tickets, and acceptance criteria - Create briefs for content that target entities and intents across the funnel - Build dashboards for impressions, clicks, conversions, SQLs, and forecasted impact - Run experiments, measure lift, and publish playbooks and learnings - Present findings to executives with crisp insights and next steps

Job requirements

- 5 to 8 years leading SEO strategy for enterprise, B2B SaaS, or multi location brands - Strong technical SEO, including IA, indexing, Core Web Vitals, and structured data - Hands on with GEO concepts, for example entities, knowledge graphs, and LLM surface optimization - Proven record tying organic work to pipeline, SQLs, and revenue - Comfortable with GA4, Search Console, and Looker Studio. Working knowledge of BigQuery is a plus - Experience defining content strategies and briefs that rank and convert - Ability to scope experiments and analyze results with statistical rigor - Excellent communication with stakeholders across marketing, product, and engineering - Authorized to work in the United States
