These Terms and conditions, the “Terms,” govern your access to and use of launchcodex.com and any content, tools, or features made available on or through the site, the “Services.” By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

If you engage Launchcodex for paid projects or subscriptions, that work is governed by a separate written agreement. If there is a conflict between that agreement and these Terms, the written agreement controls for the scope of that engagement. These Terms apply to your use of the website and any ungated features.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Services. If you create an account, you are responsible for the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at admin@launchcodex.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You agree not to, and not to allow others to:
Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
Upload or share content that is unlawful, harmful, deceptive, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, or hateful.
Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network, or circumvent security or authentication.
Interfere with or disrupt the Services, including through overload, spam, or scraping that violates robots controls or rate limits.
Misuse AI features to deceive, violate privacy, enable surveillance, generate malware, or infringe intellectual property.
Remove or alter proprietary notices, or use Launchcodex marks without permission.
We may monitor for abuse and we may suspend or terminate access for violations.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Launchcodex a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, and display your content to operate, secure, support, and improve the Services. If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant Launchcodex a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them without restriction.
You represent that you have all necessary rights to your content and that your content and use of the Services comply with these Terms and with applicable law.
The Services may include AI models, automations, and generative features. You are responsible for how you use outputs.
No reliance. AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. Do not rely on them for legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical decisions without independent verification.
Rights and permissions. You are responsible for prompts and outputs you use or share, and for complying with laws and third-party rights.
Safety controls. We may apply filters, rate limits, and usage caps. We may use human review for safety, quality, and support consistent with our Privacy policy.
We may link to or integrate with third-party services, for example analytics, scheduling, video, payments, and AI providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Launchcodex is not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.
Our Privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal data, and your rights and choices. By using the Services, you consent to our data practices described there. Read it at https://launchcodex.com/legal/privacy. Our Cookie policy is at https://launchcodex.com/legal/cookie-policy.
The Services, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and design, are owned by Launchcodex or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Except as permitted by these Terms or by law, you may not copy, modify, translate, distribute, transmit, display, perform, or create derivative works from the Services.
You may not use Launchcodex trademarks, logos, or trade dress without our written permission.
If you believe content infringes your copyright, send a notice to admin@launchcodex.com with the details of the work claimed to be infringed, the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
If the site offers online checkout for products or services, prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for amounts due, plus applicable taxes. All purchases are subject to availability and to any additional terms presented at checkout. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Launchcodex disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and quiet enjoyment. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that data will be accurate or reliable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Launchcodex and our officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of one hundred dollars, 100 USD, or the amounts you paid to us for the Services in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Launchcodex and our officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or of law.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, if required by law, or if your use risks harm to others or to the platform. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law, will survive termination.
You must comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws and may not use the Services in embargoed countries or by persons on government-denied party lists.
You will comply with applicable anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws, and you will not offer or accept any improper payments or things of value in connection with the Services.
We are not responsible for any delay or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor conditions, government actions, utilities or network failures, or third-party service disruptions.
We may modify the Services at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the new version and update the “Last updated” date. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of laws rules. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California. You and Launchcodex consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with any policies referenced here and any separate written agreement for paid services, are the entire agreement between you and Launchcodex regarding the Services.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
Interpretation. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
