You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use our services. If you use our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
You agree not to, and not to allow others to:
Break the law. Do not use our services for unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or fraudulent activity.
Harm people or systems. Do not attempt to harm minors, traffic in illegal goods, enable violence, or bypass safety features.
Abuse the platform. Do not probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities. Do not disrupt servers, overload infrastructure, or attempt to access data you do not own.
Misuse AI features. Do not use AI outputs to deceive, generate illegal content, create non-consensual tracking or surveillance, or violate intellectual property.
Infringe intellectual property. Do not upload content you do not have rights to, remove proprietary notices, or misuse Launchcodex trademarks.
Spam or scrape. Do not spam, harvest emails, or scrape content in a way that violates robots controls or rate limits.
Circumvent fees. Do not share paid features outside your organization or bypass usage limits or metering.
We may monitor for abuse and may suspend or terminate access for violations.
You are responsible for the security of your account, credentials, and any actions taken under your account. Notify us promptly at admin@launchcodex.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You keep ownership of content you submit to the services. You grant Launchcodex a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, run, process, and display your content as needed to operate and improve the services, and to provide support, security, and analytics.
If you share feedback or suggestions, you grant Launchcodex a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that feedback without restriction or obligation to you.
Our services may include AI models, automations, and generative features. You are responsible for how you use AI outputs.
No reliance. AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. Do not rely on them for legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical decisions without independent verification.
Your rights and third-party rights. You are responsible for ensuring that your prompts and use of outputs comply with applicable laws and do not infringe third-party rights.
Safety filters. We may apply content filters, rate limits, and usage caps.
Human review. We may use human review for safety, quality, and support, as described in our Privacy Policy.
We integrate with third-party tools, including analytics, payment processors, cloud providers, and AI model vendors. Your use of those services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not own or control.

We use reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect the services. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure. You are responsible for implementing appropriate safeguards for your systems and data.
All Launchcodex content, site design, trademarks, logos, service marks, and software are owned by Launchcodex or our licensors and are protected by law. Except as permitted by this policy or an applicable agreement, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content.
We do not permit use of the services for illegal goods or services, exploitative content or content that incites violence or hatred, non-consensual surveillance or tracking, attempts to create or distribute malware, or any activity that violates sanctions or export controls. We may update this list at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate this policy, if required by law, if your usage risks harm to others or the platform, or for non-payment under an applicable agreement. You may stop using the services at any time.
We may offer beta or experimental features that are provided “as is” and may change or end at any time. Usage limits and fair use policies may apply.
The services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Launchcodex will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed the greater of one hundred dollars, 100 USD, or the amounts you paid to us for the services in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Launchcodex and our officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the services, or your violation of this policy or applicable law.
You must comply with all applicable laws, including privacy, intellectual property, anti-spam, sanctions, and export control laws. You represent that you are not on any U.S. or other government denied-party list and will not use the services in embargoed countries.
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue will be the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the new version and update the “Last updated” date. Changes take effect when posted.
