Job description

Launchcodex helps ambitious brands grow with smarter systems, scalable marketing, and innovative technology. As a technical project manager, you will run day to day delivery across SEO and GEO programs, AI automation, web development, and email. You will translate goals into clear scopes and timelines, coordinate specialists, and keep work flowing through well run rituals and crisp communication. Success looks like predictable delivery, happy stakeholders, and measurable impact on pipeline, CAC, and efficiency.

Job responsibilites

- Build scopes, work plans, and timelines with clear milestones and acceptance criteria - Run standups, sprint planning, and retros. Track progress in ClickUp and keep owners accountable - Coordinate specialists across strategy, SEO and GEO, engineering, creative, and data - Manage risks, issues, and dependencies. Escalate early and drive resolution - Maintain source of truth docs, including RAID logs, RACI, and change requests - Partner with engineering on tickets, estimates, and release management - Ensure QA, UAT, and launch checklists are completed and documented - Keep status reports current, including budget, burn, and forecast - Support account directors in QBRs with delivery updates and next steps - Capture learnings and improve playbooks and SOPs

Job requirements

- 3 to 5 years of project management in an agency or product environment - Comfortable running multi workstream programs across web, SEO, GEO, and marketing ops - Hands on with ClickUp or similar PM tool, and HubSpot or similar CRM - Strong communication, meeting facilitation, and stakeholder management - Able to read technical tickets and discuss APIs, data flows, and deployments - Familiar with QA practices and basic analytics, for example GA4 and Looker Studio - Organized, calm under pressure, and biased to action - Authorized to work in the United States
