Job description

Launchcodex helps ambitious brands grow with smarter systems, scalable marketing, and innovative technology. As a performance media manager, you will own paid search and paid social across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn for B2B and multi-location brands. You will build test plans, optimize daily, and partner with strategy, creative, and web to ship landing pages and offers that convert. Success is measured by qualified pipeline, CAC efficiency, and incremental lift, not vanity metrics.

Job responsibilites

- Own channel strategy, budgeting, and pacing for paid search and paid social - Build and optimize campaigns in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads - Structure accounts for scale, clean naming, and fast testing - Run creative and offer tests, and translate insights into briefs for the design team - Implement accurate conversion tracking with GA4 and HubSpot, including offline conversion imports and CRM integration - Build dashboards for CAC, ROAS, MER, pipeline, and SQLs in Looker Studio - Launch geo tests that complement SEO and GEO roadmaps - Manage vendor relationships, credits, and beta programs - Maintain brand safety, UTM governance, and privacy compliance - Document learnings and contribute to playbooks

Job requirements

- 3 to 6 years managing paid search and paid social for B2B or multi location brands - Hands on in Google Ads and Meta Ads. LinkedIn Ads experience preferred - Strong command of conversion tracking, GA4, and CRM integrations, for example HubSpot - Comfortable with audience building, exclusions, and remarketing frameworks - Ability to design and analyze experiments, for example holdouts and incrementality tests - Proficient in Excel or Sheets for analysis. Looker Studio experience - Clear communicator who partners well with strategy, creative, and web - Authorized to work in the United States
