Job description

Launchcodex helps ambitious brands grow with smarter systems, scalable marketing, and innovative technology. As an SDR, you will create pipeline with well-researched outreach to enterprise, multi-location, and B2B brands. You will partner with marketing and account directors to open doors for programs across SEO and GEO, AI automation, and web. Success looks like consistent meetings with high-fit prospects and clean, insight-rich CRM data.

Job responsibilites

- Prospect ICP accounts and contacts using lists, intent tools, and research - Personalize multi step sequences across email, LinkedIn, and phone - Qualify prospects, book meetings, and hand off clean notes to account directors - Maintain accurate pipeline stages, tasks, and activities in HubSpot - Collaborate with marketing on messaging, sequences, and campaigns - Hit weekly activity and monthly meeting targets, report results and learnings - Log objections, craft replies, and contribute to outreach playbooks - Support events and campaigns with targeted follow ups

Job requirements

- 1 to 3 years in SDR, BDR, or sales adjacent role, internships welcome - Clear writing and concise communication, comfortable on the phone - Experience with a CRM and sequencing tool, for example HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator - Organized, curious, and resilient. You iterate quickly and document what works - Understanding of B2B buyer journeys and basic marketing concepts - Authorized to work in the United States
